We use Plaid Link a secure, encrypted connection flow. When you add a bank, a Plaid window opens where you select your institution and enter your login credentials. Plaid authenticates you directly with your bank and returns read-only access tokens to BankSummary. Your credentials are never shared with us.
With 12,000+ supported institutions, most banks are available. If your bank doesn't appear, you can search by name in the connection flow many smaller credit unions and community banks are included but not listed on this page. If it's genuinely not supported, contact our support team to request it. Plaid regularly adds new institutions.
